Product Care Guide

To maintain the quality and longevity of your MAEL garments, please follow the recommended care instructions.

Silk, Lace & Delicate Fabrics

Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent.
Wash dark colors separately.
Do not bleach.
Iron on low heat or use steam, always on the reverse side.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sharp objects.

Leather & Fur

Professional dry cleaning is recommended.
Do not machine wash, bleach, wring, or tumble dry.
Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth after use and allow to air dry naturally.
Store in a breathable garment bag away from heat, sunlight, and humidity.

Metal Hardware, Crystals & Embellishments

Avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, alcohol, harsh chemicals, and excessive moisture.
Dry cleaning is recommended for embellished garments.
Do not rub decorative details.
Store each item separately to prevent scratches and keep away from direct sunlight and humidity.

Delivery, Return & Refund Policy

Delivery Policy

MAEL ships within Vietnam and internationally, subject to service availability. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier, customs clearance, and factors beyond our control. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

MAEL is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or customs procedures.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

The wrong product, size, color, or style was delivered.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The order exceeds MAEL's committed delivery timeframe.

Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Requests must be reported within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos or videos. Made-to-order items, accessories, undergarments, and sale items are not eligible, unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

Approved exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days. International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if:

The item is unavailable after payment.
MAEL cannot fulfill the confirmed order.
The product has a non-repairable manufacturing defect.
The order is cancelled with MAEL's approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing Time

International Cards: 7–10 business days, or up to one billing cycle.
Domestic Cards: 3–7 business days.
VietQR: 3–7 business days.

Refunds are not available for made-to-order items, used products, change-of-mind requests, or sale items unless defective or incorrectly supplied by MAEL.

MAEL reserves the right to determine the eligibility of all return, exchange, and refund requests.
