After the customer selects a product, MAEL will confirm the order details, including product style, color, size, quantity, price, shipping fee, and order processing time.
An order is considered successfully confirmed only after the customer completes all confirmation steps as instructed by MAEL.
For made-to-order products, customized products, or personalized items, customers are responsible for carefully checking all information before confirming the order.
For customers in Vietnam:
Made-to-measure orders will be prepared within 10–15 business days, excluding shipping time. Delivery time depends on the delivery area and the shipping provider.
For international customers:
Made-to-measure orders will be prepared within 14–20 business days, excluding international shipping time. Delivery time may vary depending on the country, delivery area, and shipping provider.
Products under promotions, discounts, or sale programs may be subject to separate policies depending on each sales period.
MAEL reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases where the order information is unclear, the product is out of stock, there is a displayed pricing error, or any issue arises beyond MAEL’s ability to process.
